Job Summary
A legal consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Customer Product Success Manager in San Jose.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Growing adoption, ensuring retention, and happiness of customers in assigned territory
- Working with clients to build customer success plans, critical goals to aid in their objectives
- Working to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- BA, BS, MA or college level equivalent
- 7 + years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement
- You have played in the Enterprise and/or cloud software space
- Basic knowledge of: MS Office Common web-based development, cloud, and Saas, usability analysis
