A legal consulting firm is in need of a Telecommute Customer Product Success Manager in San Jose.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Growing adoption, ensuring retention, and happiness of customers in assigned territory
  • Working with clients to build customer success plans, critical goals to aid in their objectives
  • Working to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BA, BS, MA or college level equivalent
  • 7 + years in a related function with direct customer advocacy and engagement
  • You have played in the Enterprise and/or cloud software space
  • Basic knowledge of: MS Office Common web-based development, cloud, and Saas, usability analysis
