Job Summary

An electronics manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Program Management Associate.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Participate as a member of a customer focus team and act as an interface between customers and the team
• Receive, review and monitor status of customer orders
• Work with customers to identify and resolve issues that may affect the on-time delivery of the product

Qualifications Include:

• Has knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, and logistics
• Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
• Knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing
• Knowledge of customer contracts and terms
• Good presentation, database management and computer skills
• Knowledge of computer applications
