Job Summary
An electronics manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Program Management Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Participate as a member of a customer focus team and act as an interface between customers and the team
- Receive, review and monitor status of customer orders
- Work with customers to identify and resolve issues that may affect the on-time delivery of the product
Qualifications Include:
- Has knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, and logistics
- Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing
- Knowledge of customer contracts and terms
- Good presentation, database management and computer skills
- Knowledge of computer applications
