Job Summary
A home furnishings retail company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Relations Associate in the Dallas Area.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working with customers and ensuring superior service and quality
- Identifying trends and opportunities to improve the customer experience
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross sell products to the customer
Position Requirements Include:
- Able to work and train at the corporate office on occasion as required
- Home residence in Tarrant, Parker, Wise, Ellis, Denton Johnson, Hood, and Dallas counties
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable, and detail oriented
- Customer service and/or sales experience required
- Experience with word processing programs and PCs required
- High speed hard wired internet with a minimum of 6mb/second dedicated for work
