Job Summary

An aerospace and defense company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Relations Program Manager in Falls Church.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with the customer and stakeholders to understand mission and business needs
  • Ensuring mission-support IT services meet the customer’s business needs
  • Working with the customer to develop and set expectations for service delivery requests

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 3-5 years of related project or program management experience
  • PMP or PgMP or DAWIA P/PM Level 3 or FAC P/PM Level III certification
  • Experience with collecting customer feedback
  • Experience with User Experience (UX) or Customer Experience (CX) design
  • Ability to use customer insights for customer experience design and process improvements
