A provider of digital communications, shipping and mail solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Relations Representative in Irvine.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting residents regarding registration, missing packages, courier assistance, etc.
- De-escalating tense situations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to complete 30 hours of in-house training over 1 week
- 1+ years of previous customer service experience
- At least 1 scheduled weekend day is required
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Eligible to work in the United States
