A provider of digital communications, shipping and mail solutions is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Relations Representative in Irvine.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting residents regarding registration, missing packages, courier assistance, etc.
  • De-escalating tense situations

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must be able to complete 30 hours of in-house training over 1 week
  • 1+ years of previous customer service experience
  • At least 1 scheduled weekend day is required
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work in the United States
