Job Summary

A recruitment process company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Relationship Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Develop and document efficient recruitment processes
  • Provide on-going account management
  • Directly manage team of direct reports

Required Skills:

  • Some overnight travel is required – up to 30%
  • Five plus years of RPO, staffing or recruiting experience
  • A minimum of 1 – 2 years directly leading or managing team members
