A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Relationship Management and Partner Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working closely with the rest of the organization to ensure the CRM works effectively
  • Monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies
  • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years’ experience in building, delivering and managing both a CRM and support tools
  • Excellent technical knowledge of CRM and analytical systems
  • Excellent understanding of CRM principles in a B2B and B2C environment
