Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Relationship Management Automation Mortgage Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining database health
- Working with digital and technology teams to develop landing pages and forms associated with automation CTAs
- Supporting email team in resolving deliverability issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication or related field, or
- Equivalent work experience in related field
- 4-7 years of experience managing multiple CRMs
- Experience with Cloud Technologies, APIs, SaaS technologies
- Excellent performance in high-pressure situations
- Ability to manage a team of 5-7 direct and external partners to ensure top value and performance
