Job Summary

A full-service mortgage services company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Relationship Management Automation Mortgage Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining database health
  • Working with digital and technology teams to develop landing pages and forms associated with automation CTAs
  • Supporting email team in resolving deliverability issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication or related field, or
  • Equivalent work experience in related field
  • 4-7 years of experience managing multiple CRMs
  • Experience with Cloud Technologies, APIs, SaaS technologies
  • Excellent performance in high-pressure situations
  • Ability to manage a team of 5-7 direct and external partners to ensure top value and performance
