Job Summary

A real estate and relocation services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing planning, forecasting and development of CRM programs with cross-functional partners
  • Developing analysis and reports to share with key stakeholders
  • Reimagining the real estate consumer experience from click to closing

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM preferably in real estate or other large financial commitment industry
  • Strong data analysis and Excel skills
  • Strong quantitative background, with the ability to analyze large amount of data and solve complex problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to broad audiences
