Job Summary

A gaming software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Relationship Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and executing CRM strategies and communications in promotional, transactional, lifecycle
  • Creating and updating reporting for CRM communications and provide a weekly report of insights and performance
  • Driving customer insights and optimize CRM strategies based on those insights

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years CRM experience with proven ability to drive customer retention and increasing repeat purchase patterns
  • Excellent project management skills with a bias towards action against goal
  • Strong team player and ability to collaborate cross functionally and drive consensus
  • Must have excellent problem solving skills and be a self-starter
  • Have deep analytical knowledge and experience reporting on campaigns, gleaning business insights,
