Job Summary

A smart home company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Account Creation and Services in Tampa.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer calls from employees and customers needing account maintenance assistance
  • Run credit checks for our Sales Professionals while they are acquiring new customers
  • Review billing history

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • A customer advocate; someone that can relate to the customer and provide effective solutions
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Work effectively with other departments and in a team environment
