Job Summary
A smart home company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Account Creation and Services in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer calls from employees and customers needing account maintenance assistance
- Run credit checks for our Sales Professionals while they are acquiring new customers
- Review billing history
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A customer advocate; someone that can relate to the customer and provide effective solutions
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exhibit excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Work effectively with other departments and in a team environment
- Are comfortable learning how to navigate Vivint’s service and sales databases
- Engage customers professionally and efficiently
