Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Evaluating the quality of our customer service phone conversations
  • Identifying areas to improve call engagements
  • Working with Quality Control manager on improving overcall call stats and customer satisfaction scores

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have 2 years of recent experience in customer service work (phone)
  • Must be available to work during normal business hours
  • Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must want a fun and dynamic work culture
