Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating the quality of our customer service phone conversations
- Identifying areas to improve call engagements
- Working with Quality Control manager on improving overcall call stats and customer satisfaction scores
Position Requirements Include:
- Must have 2 years of recent experience in customer service work (phone)
- Must be available to work during normal business hours
- Must be Authorized to work in the U.S.
