Job Summary

We at Meltonia Enterprises provide information, support and recovery resources and programs to a global community. We are growing very quickly, and we are looking for customer service agent who will work in a support capacity in a unique work environment (remotely via the internet), providing technical assistance and support to our clients and community members.

Applicant requirements:

At least 2 years customer service experience
Have a patient, compassionate and understanding temperament to provide service to individuals that have been through hardship.
Have a stable internet connection and computer equipment capable of using web and computer software effectively.
Be able to work 20 - 30 hours per week
We prefer our applicant to have experience with IT and web- solutions to help us troubleshoot technical issues although not 100% essential.

Core roles:

Responding to support emails from customers who require technical assistance and advice in using our programs
The support you will provide would include financial transactions, working with templates and record keeping as well as assisting on various projects.
We would also need someone to help us troubleshoot and resolve issues we and our customers experience with our technology and equipment.
