Job Summary
A printing company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Agent in Boulder.
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner
- Assist and engage with customers on social media
- Assist in writing and maintaining FAQs
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm MST
- Exceptional writing skills
- Must be in the Boulder / Denver area
