Job Summary

A multi-channel retailer is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Agent in Cleveland.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Checking inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
  • Successfully negotiating and appeasing customers
  • Addressing customer questions and concerns r

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to complete mandatory paid training for 2 weeks - 100% attendance is required
  • 1 - 2 years previous customer service experience
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written with capable data entry skills
  • Must have a computer/PC/MAC with compatible OS
