Job Summary
A multi-channel retailer of specialty home products has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Agent in Montgomery.
Must be able to:
- Address customer questions and concerns
- Provide product information
- Negotiate and appease customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 – 2 years previous customer service experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
- Strong ability to communicate both verbally and written
- Capable data entry skills
