A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service and Claims Representative in Bothell.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming phone calls from customers
- Identifying the type of assistance the customer needs
- Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Attend occasional meetings onsite
- An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED or 10 years of equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends, as needed
