A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service and Claims Representative in Bothell.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers
• Identifying the type of assistance the customer needs
• Documenting required information in computer systems

Required Skills:

• Telecommute after the 8 week onsite training has been successfully completed
• High school diploma or GED or 10 years of equivalent working experience
• Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
