A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service and Claims Representative in Bothell.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers
• Identifying the type of assistance the customer needs
• Owning problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer

Required Skills:

• Attend 10 weeks of onsite training
• At least a high school diploma or GED or 10 years of equivalent working experience
• Demonstrated ability in using computer and Windows PC applications
