A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service and Technical Support Agent in Aurora.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls and emails
• Answer quick general questions about their various products
• Answer more lengthy questions about fitting client products onto vehicles

Qualifications Include:

• Proficient with diversified computer software and systems
• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively
• Email Correspondence experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of answering Multi-Line Phone System
