Job Summary
A human resource technology provider is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Meeting and exceeding call center metrics
- Answering, researching and resolving inquiries
- Taking and processing 60- 80 calls and 20-30 emails per day
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service support role
- Computer experience
- WPM of at least 30
- Ability to act as Corporate Liaison between guests and various departments
