Job Summary

A human resource technology provider is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Associate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Meeting and exceeding call center metrics
  • Answering, researching and resolving inquiries
  • Taking and processing 60- 80 calls and 20-30 emails per day

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of recent experience in a Customer Service support role
  • Computer experience
  • WPM of at least 30
  • Ability to act as Corporate Liaison between guests and various departments
