Job Summary

A specialty retailer is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Associate in Oklahoma City.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Taking inbound calls from customers
  • Assisting with placing orders, facilitating returns, locating products & scheduling deliveries
  • Handling customer concerns and turning each call into a positive experience

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel occasionally to the Care Center for meetings and training
  • Must live within 1.5 hours of the Care Center
  • Must have computer or laptop with high speed internet and web camera
  • Must have a compatible headset that works with your computer
  • High school diploma or GED
