Job Summary

A global healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Benefit Advocate in Greensboro.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
  • Helping guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of consumer-driven health care topics
  • Contacting doctor’s offices, pharmacies, and medical groups on behalf of the customer to assist with questions, schedule appointments, and close gaps in care

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word (sending and receiving information and creating documents) and Microsoft Excel (creating spreadsheets)
