Job Summary

A telecommunications company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Business Analysis Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing comprehensive models to aid in decision making and evaluation of initiatives
  • Creating executive-level presentations and presenting complex analytical findings in a clear manner
  • Seeking and recognizing trends in data through self-directed hypothesis testing and analysis

Qualifications Include:

  • 10% travel
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative concentration
  • 5+ years analysis experience (data mining, financial modeling, and business case skills)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proven experience with business case development
  • Proficiency in SQL with knowledge of relational databases
