Job Summary
A customer service quality control company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Caller Evaluator.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluating agents' performance
- Writing up summary of calls
- Accessing system over the internet
Position Requirements Include:
- Normal hours are three hour windows between 8:30am and 10:00pm, weekdays & Saturdays
- Prior customer service, call monitoring, or mystery shopping experience preferred
- Must have a PC, high-speed internet access, MS Word, Adobe Reader, good writing skills, and long distance phone service on a land-line
