Job Summary

A customer service outsourcing company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Care Ambassador.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Opening client accounts by accurately recording their information
  • Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information

Qualifications for this position include:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of call center experience or
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Be willing to work under an immediate supervisor
  • Must be able to utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
  • Must go the extra mile to engage clients, provide warmth and assurance
