Job Summary

A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Contact Tracer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Educating patients on local/state quarantine procedures
  • Reaching out to contacts of newly diagnosed patients of COVID-19
  • Referring contacts for testing according to established protocols
