Job Summary

A travel agency is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide research and resolution for customer service inquires
  • Coordinate any customer payouts or credits
  • Liaise with vendors (air/car/hotel) when required

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years’ experience in the travel industry (strong knowledge of WS/Sabre GDS is required)
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills (word, excel)
