Job Summary
A financial services and lending management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Data Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Provide primary customer service via both phone and email
- Support both customer service and technical support with SQL database queries
- Troubleshoot data anomalies or errors related to bank-specific data
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to write and understand moderate to complex SQL queries
- Strong knowledge of relational database concepts.
- Experience with customer service or software support
- Customer-focused, positive attitude required
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to interact with all levels of management
