Job Summary

A financial services and lending management software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Data Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Provide primary customer service via both phone and email
  • Support both customer service and technical support with SQL database queries
  • Troubleshoot data anomalies or errors related to bank-specific data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to write and understand moderate to complex SQL queries
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts.
  • Experience with customer service or software support
  • Customer-focused, positive attitude required
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
