Job Summary

A biotechnology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing scheduled preventative maintenance and remedial maintenance for customers
  • Developing new business through the sale of new service agreements, upgrades, and instrument add-ons
  • Maintaining up to date electronic and repair documentation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Able to travel 30 - 40% and have a valid Drivers License
  • B.S. in an Engineering discipline preferred; 2 year degree with field experience accepted
  • Ability to troubleshoot over the telephone and in the field
  • Experience in MS-Office products
