Job Summary
A biotechnology company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing scheduled preventative maintenance and remedial maintenance for customers
- Developing new business through the sale of new service agreements, upgrades, and instrument add-ons
- Maintaining up to date electronic and repair documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Able to travel 30 - 40% and have a valid Drivers License
- B.S. in an Engineering discipline preferred; 2 year degree with field experience accepted
- Ability to troubleshoot over the telephone and in the field
- Experience in MS-Office products
