Job Summary

A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Healthcare Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
  • Contacting care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists
  • Researching complex issues across multiple databases and working with support resources to resolve customer issues

Position Requirements Include:

  • High school diploma / GED (or higher) or
  • Equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
  • Ability to listen skillfully and collect relevant information
  • Proficient conflict management skills to resolve issues in a stressful situation
  • Ability to build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
