Job Summary
A global healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Healthcare Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
- Contacting care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling or connections with internal specialists
- Researching complex issues across multiple databases and working with support resources to resolve customer issues
Position Requirements Include:
- High school diploma / GED (or higher) or
- Equivalent work experience
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to listen skillfully and collect relevant information
- Proficient conflict management skills to resolve issues in a stressful situation
- Ability to build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
