Job Summary

An online survey panel is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Host.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing outstanding support to our clients as they conduct online market research
  • Actively listening and watching online interviews and focus groups on a variety of topics
  • Providing support as needed before, during and immediately after for clients and research participants
