Job Summary
A facilities support company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being responsible for the day-to-day operations and call center services
- Assisting team members daily in responding to customer and vendor inquiries per phone or email
- Ensuring compliance and any other relevant issues central to improving the customer experience
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Accountable for Service Record, Service Orders and Case Records, and make updates, as needed
- Facilities Maintenance industry knowledge asn customer service call center operations skills
- Competent in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, with an emphasis on Excel
- Maintain detailed records of written or verbal customer communicatio
- Review data integrity reports and address issues
- Organize workflow to meet or exceed departmental goals
