Job Summary
A global insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Warranty Customer Service Level 2 Agent.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering incoming customer calls or emails
- Assessing the customer’s needs, entitling the call using proprietary software, and providing satisfactory resolutions
- Responding positively to escalated customer issues, with a 2-day resolution service goal
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience leading a team will be considered in lieu of call center experience
- Proven interpersonal skills with emphasis on empathy and assurance
- Ability to assess situations and respond appropriately, strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task between multiple phone lines/client programs (assess customer’s issue, research, enter notes, and maneuver multiple systems)
- Ability to research complex customer questions thoroughly to provide accurate information and solutions
