Job Summary
Computer software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Management Senior Technical Consultant.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading all technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery
- Interfacing with technical teams
- Being a lead member of the overall implementation project team
Required Skills:
- Up to 50% travel annually
- Proven experience as a key technical resource leading the development of solutions in client environments
- Experience of WebServices, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL
