Job Summary

A jewelry company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a team of 10-20 agents (domestic and offshore)
  • Create clear and actionable goals for your team and organization
  • Maintain training and procedures documentation

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years in similar role with an e-commerce company
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Zopim, Shopify and Social Media platforms or similar
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience
