Job Summary
A jewelry company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage a team of 10-20 agents (domestic and offshore)
- Create clear and actionable goals for your team and organization
- Maintain training and procedures documentation
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years in similar role with an e-commerce company
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Zopim, Shopify and Social Media platforms or similar
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate work experience
