Job Summary

A marketing and web development partner is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensuring every interaction customers have with us is positive and efficient
  • Solving problems and making our customers smile and keeping them using our sites
  • Acting as a problem solver by nature and loving making people happy

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years Customer Service Management Experience
  • Experience managing and growing a CSR team
  • Comfortable with working in the adult niche space
  • Familiarity with customer service tools and systems
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
