A catering company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Ninja in Boston.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing and creating food orders to convince customers and restaurants that they're in good hands with us
- Solving puzzles while providing high-quality customer service
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must come to our Downtown Crossing Boston office for your first six weeks of training
- Excellent phone and email skills
- Great comfort with computers and the Web
- A love to be busy -- really busy -- and then go home and forget all about it
- Appropriate set-up: a quiet place and hard-wired, high-speed web access
- We'll provide a computer, a headset, and VOIP phone service
