Job Summary

A catering company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Ninja in Boston.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and creating food orders to convince customers and restaurants that they're in good hands with us
  • Solving puzzles while providing high-quality customer service

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must come to our Downtown Crossing Boston office for your first six weeks of training
  • Excellent phone and email skills
  • Great comfort with computers and the Web
  • A love to be busy -- really busy -- and then go home and forget all about it
  • Appropriate set-up: a quiet place and hard-wired, high-speed web access
  • We'll provide a computer, a headset, and VOIP phone service
