Job Summary

An online bookkeeping service needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Onboarding Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the offboarding process of clients in collaboration with the respective service line(s)
  • Work with Account Manager to facilitate the introduction of the service line(s) team
  • Establish company access to all required client business accounts

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and high standards for customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using, learning, training and troubleshooting new technology, online platforms, and applications
  • Comfort with various communication platforms: Phone, Email, Slack, Zoom, etc.
  • Proficiency in accounting platforms such as Quickbooks Online and Xero
  • Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
