Job Summary
An online bookkeeping service needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Onboarding Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the offboarding process of clients in collaboration with the respective service line(s)
- Work with Account Manager to facilitate the introduction of the service line(s) team
- Establish company access to all required client business accounts
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and high standards for customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in using, learning, training and troubleshooting new technology, online platforms, and applications
- Comfort with various communication platforms: Phone, Email, Slack, Zoom, etc.
- Proficiency in accounting platforms such as Quickbooks Online and Xero
- Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
