Job Summary
A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Operations Senior Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing third party relationships according to vendormanagement policy
- Providing support and direction for new product integration
- Managing the day-to-day LifeScan US & Canada CustomerService call centers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 20%domestic/international travel
- Minimum of 8 years of Customer Call
- A Bachelor's degree is required
- Ability to manage / coordinate multiple projects
- Min 2 years' experience in 1 or more of the following: call center management, customer service, statistical analysis, etc
- Center Experience is required and 5 years of vendor management experience is required
