Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Operations Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing third party relationships according to vendormanagement policy
  • Providing support and direction for new product integration
  • Managing the day-to-day LifeScan US & Canada CustomerService call centers

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 20%domestic/international travel
  • Minimum of 8 years of Customer Call
  • A Bachelor's degree is required
  • Ability to manage / coordinate multiple projects
  • Min 2 years' experience in 1 or more of the following: call center management, customer service, statistical analysis, etc
  • Center Experience is required and 5 years of vendor management experience is required
