Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Outreach Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging members in a discussion about their health, and present how the program may benefit them
- Educating member on all aspects of the healthcare program
- Receiving inbound calls and routing appropriately
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Successful completion of an initial training, pre-employment assessment and pre-employment background check
- 1+ year of experience in a consumer sales environment or in healthcare outreach and/or member support
- High-speed Internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
- A demonstrated ability to establish trust quickly, overcome objections and be persuasive over the phone.
