Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Outreach Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Engaging members in a discussion about their health, and present how the program may benefit them
  • Educating member on all aspects of the healthcare program
  • Receiving inbound calls and routing appropriately

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Successful completion of an initial training, pre-employment assessment and pre-employment background check
  • 1+ year of experience in a consumer sales environment or in healthcare outreach and/or member support
  • High-speed Internet connection with speeds of at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload
  • A demonstrated ability to establish trust quickly, overcome objections and be persuasive over the phone.
