Job Summary

A nationwide banking and financing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Customer Service Phone Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing quality support to users by responding to end user inquiries and resolving problems associated with ecommerce platforms, system integrations, computer hardware and core business application
  • Developing and maintaining documentation of all activities
  • Isolating problem source and working with the customers over the phone to troubleshoot and establish integrated connections, system operations, application development and vendors to resolve problems

Qualifications for this position include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Six months to one year of experience in the telecommunications or applications programming field or job related experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent telephone, interpersonal and verbal communication skills
