Job Summary
A financial company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Professional.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as first customer point of contact regarding routine service issues
- Responding directly to information requests initiated by customers
- Providing accurate and immediate solutions to routine transaction and service requests
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Active Series 6 or ability to obtain within 60 days
- Ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a straightforward manner
- Demonstrated skill troubleshooting and identifying root causes and resolving issues
- Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a faced paced environment
