Job Summary

A financial company is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Professional.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as first customer point of contact regarding routine service issues
  • Responding directly to information requests initiated by customers
  • Providing accurate and immediate solutions to routine transaction and service requests

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Active Series 6 or ability to obtain within 60 days
  • Ability to explain complex policies or concepts in a straightforward manner
  • Demonstrated skill troubleshooting and identifying root causes and resolving issues
  • Demonstrated ability managing multiple priorities in a faced paced environment
