A manufacturing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Quality Team Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing a dedicated team of Quality Analysts
  • Participating in design of call monitoring formats and quality standards
  • Monitoring departmental performance on a continuing basis

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to support transactional requests outside of core business hours
  • Proficient in SAP – Order Management Activities
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Proficient in Zendesk and Five9
