A Home Care Agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Customer Service Recruiting Coordinator in Houston.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Scheduling and customer service targets and reaching all goals
  • Meeting all recruiting / staffing goals
  • Coordinating job fairs, locating good sources for caregiver job applicants and developing applicant pipeline

Qualifications Include:

  • 4+ years experience in a professional work environment
  • 2+ years experience as recruiter, staffing coordinator, customer service coordinator or office administrator
  • Hands-on computer experience
  • Requires flexibility in schedule, some weekend and holiday work may be required
