Job Summary
A leading internet retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining high levels of customer service
- Answering customer calls and respond to emails
- Researching required information using available resources
Required Skills:
- Ability to report to the local office for training and regular meetings as requested/assigned
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1 yearprevious customer service or call center experience
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Windows software
- Ability to utilize the computer and phone simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency
