Job Summary

A leading internet retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Answering customer calls and respond to emails
  • Researching required information using available resources

Required Skills:

  • Ability to report to the local office for training and regular meetings as requested/assigned
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • 1 yearprevious customer service or call center experience
