Job Summary

A customer relations management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving and processing various incoming phone calls
  • Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
  • Providing customer service and attempting to make up-sells

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year customer service or sales experience
  • 18 years or older
  • Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Basic computer skills, including navigation between application and internet sites
  • Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
