Job Summary
A customer relations management company has a current position open for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving and processing various incoming phone calls
- Ensuring that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies
- Providing customer service and attempting to make up-sells
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year customer service or sales experience
- 18 years or older
- Available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
- Basic computer skills, including navigation between application and internet sites
- Ability to clearly communicate using a clear, distinct voice
