Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving Inbound and outbound calls with clients
  • Obtainining client medical history information

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must have a professional environment at your home
  • Must have a fully updated computer system with spyware/virus protection and a high quality headset to utilize during working hours
  • High speed Internet via Cable modem or DSL
  • Must have a dedicated voice line
  • Must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
