A business process outsourcing company is seeking a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Receiving Inbound and outbound calls with clients
- Obtainining client medical history information
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must have a professional environment at your home
- Must have a fully updated computer system with spyware/virus protection and a high quality headset to utilize during working hours
- High speed Internet via Cable modem or DSL
- Must have a dedicated voice line
- Must have a strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
