Job Summary

A company that specializes in screen printed and embroidered apparel is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing strong client relationships through quick, detailed and concise communication
  • Collecting relevant information from new clients and transfer them to the correct department
  • Working collaboratively with the Account Management team to execute administrative projects

Position Requirements Include:

  • Outstanding customer service record  
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills  
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities  
  • Strong PC skills and experience working with Microsoft Outlook
