A company that specializes in screen printed and embroidered apparel is in need of a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing strong client relationships through quick, detailed and concise communication
- Collecting relevant information from new clients and transfer them to the correct department
- Working collaboratively with the Account Management team to execute administrative projects
Position Requirements Include:
- Outstanding customer service record
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong PC skills and experience working with Microsoft Outlook
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and pro-activity
