Job Summary

A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues
  • Reviewing claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met
  • Following-up on billing, determining and applying appropriate adjustments

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work shifts between 7am-7pm
  • 1+ years of work experience
  • Call Center experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
  • Good understanding of the billing process and little supervision needed
  • Overall good knowledge of PAR responsibilities
