Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Telecommute Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answering patient calls and researching and resolving issues
- Reviewing claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met
- Following-up on billing, determining and applying appropriate adjustments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be willing to work shifts between 7am-7pm
- 1+ years of work experience
- Call Center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Good understanding of the billing process and little supervision needed
- Overall good knowledge of PAR responsibilities
